GPS: 12°08’16.1″N 68°16’35.3″W

Named after the eighteen palm trees that once bordered this site, 18th Palm is a shore-accessible site that everyone should explore on their visit to Bonaire. The backreef is ideal for snorkelers, with spectacular fire corals to explore in the shallows. Scuba divers have access to the deeper reef slope that extends both north and south along the shore, as well as seaward in the south, where grouper, barracuda and large schools of chromis can be found. Plaza Beach Resort, with its onsite operator Toucan Diving, is the perfect location to explore this site, with all the amenities one can expect from a top-quality resort that welcomes visitors and provides exceptional service.
