The Real Coach Alex LLC was built to support auto repair shops and service departments that want to be better but do not always know where to begin. Alex works with businesses that are tired of high turnover, stressed communication, inconsistent customer experiences, and internal friction that keeps good people from doing their best work.

Her approach is rooted in people, not cookie-cutter coaching.
